We are still going strong on Whole30! This time has seemed the easiest, and I think it is because of all of the yummy recipes I have found! So, here’s another weekly meal plan for you. You can also check out Weekly Paleo Meal Plan- Vol. 1 and Paleo Favorites for more ideas!
Monday- Grilled Citrus Salmon and PaleOMG’s Spicy Sweet Potatoes (from Julie Bauer’s Paleo Cookbook, which I am loving!). I buy my Salmon at Costco, and my favorite recipe is linked above from one I made up from another recipe.)
Tuesday- Breakfast Hash– Love that this is a “one dish wonder” meaning I don’t have to serve it with anything else! It is one of our favorites!!!
Wednesday- Asian Cauliflower Fried Rice– Y’all. This was SO good. I threw in half of the shredded chicken from a Rotisserie Chicken for our protein to make another one dish wonder! {and T doesn’t like mushrooms so I made them separately and topped my portion with them, so that’s why you see so many mushrooms!}
Thursday- Slow Cooker Kalua Pork with Whole Sister’s Dump Ranch and Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
Friday- Slow Cooker Fall-Off-The-Bone Beef Ribs from the same cookbook above (Julie Bauer’s Paleo Cookbook) and Pioneer Woman’s Roasted Carrots (I swapped the Olive Oil for Coconut Oil when roasting the carrots). Y’all. Those ribs were SOOOOO good. They did have honey so they aren’t Whole30 approved, but they are still Paleo and so amazing!
