The Beach {last post, I promise}

Thursday and Friday were our last beach days *sniff*. It was sad to know that our vacation was coming to an end!  We drove down to Grayton Beach on Thursday night to eat at Red Bar, which was such a fun experience. The atmosphere was one-of-a-kind and the food was terrific.

Friday late afternoon we were all at the beach and we were sitting down by the shoreline. I was holding Jack, Trey was sitting next to me, and Chloe was playing in the sand. The sun was going down, the water was warm, and the view was incredible. I remember just soaking in that moment, knowing that this would not happen again for a while.

We drove all the way home on Saturday. It was a {very} long day, but we made it. I’ve been listening to the Holla ’11 playlist everyday since we’ve been back. Oh, how some of the songs make me miss it! I am so, so thankful that we were able to take our first family vacation to Destin. It was a week full of amazing memories and definitely one of the best vacations we’ve ever had!
