#1- Cinnamon Roll Milkshake by Paula Deen
Ingredients:
4 scoops premium vanilla ice cream
1 package instant vanilla pudding, prepared according to directions
1 cup milk
3 heaping spoonfuls caramel ice cream topping
1 tsp. cinnamon and 3 TBSP. sugar mixture
Cream Cheese Icing (store bought)
Cinnamon stick
Directions:
In a blender, mix together the ice cream, pudding, milk, and caramel. Add the cinnamon/sugar mixture (leaving a little left over). Blend until combined. Top with a dollop of cream cheese icing, sprinkle with a little cinnamon/sugar over the whole shake. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

I know, I shouldn’t even mention that completely fattening dessert and then talk about exercise. But, my new ap is so amazing I must share. You see, I downloaded this program this morning on my iPhone (the free version) and then went on my run to try it out. It was amazing. It used the GPS to track my run, including time, progress, miles, and pace. After the run, it uploaded the info online and there I could view even more stuff like feet climbed, calories burned, and a map of my run including mile markers. Shut up! It is so fab, I can’t wait for my next run!
